Brownfield Phase II

The purpose of the Phase II Subsurface Investigation is to assess whether the Phase I identified historic on-site or off-site hazardous uses have impacted the soil and/or groundwater conditions on the property. This may also include asbestos and lead based paint contamination.

Terra-Petra has a Registered Environmental Assessor (REA) and Registered Geologist on staff that can perform these Environmental Site Assessments including conducting testing and prepare comprehensive reports.

It may also be prudent to perform a Soil Gas Characterization Study.
