The recipient of many honors and awards within the Engineering and Manufacturing field, Kevin has been honored with impressive accolades, such as the "Outstanding Contribution Award" from the Universal Studios Production Group, "Clean Manufacturing" from ASCE, and "Spot Award" from City of El Monte (Environmental Group).
In his most recent position as Vice President of Operations for Technicolor Inc. His natural problem solving ability has proven invaluable, as he expertly manages people and situations, analyzing a great deal of information quickly, and assessing complex, sensitive manufacturing situations. Leading with conviction, Kevin truly exemplifies the "big picture" thinker, always having the foresight to see the long-term implications of a plan. Kevin's educational background in Industrial Engineering, with emphasis on Facilities Management, has made him a strong player within the manufacturing engineering society in Southern California.
While with Technicolor, Kevin had total responsibility for all of the North American Manufacturing and Engineering Group, which included Health, Safety, and Environmental Engineering (HSEE). In 2005, Kevin's Engineering Group designed and engineered a process that reduced water consumption by 30%, bringing the total annual consumption figure from 10,800,000 gallons down to 7,300,000 gallons. This was recognized by the City of North Hollywood, and was granted an additional 10% discount per unit cost.
Kevin has also been very involved in the acquisition of commercial properties within the US, most recently in the state of Michigan and North Carolina. He has managed these properties successfully even while being thousands of miles away. He has a great appreciation and understanding of owning and running small businesses (and properties). He has also built an extensive portfolio of residential properties throughout the state of California. These properties have all turned out to be very beneficial to his portfolio. Kevin is very keen on getting involved with the "right" opportunities that is a great fit economically, as well as providing benefit to the community, and having the highest degree of opportunity for success.
