Terra-Petra’s Civil Engineer of record was Director of the Ventura (California) Regional Sanitation District (VRSD) for 14 years. He provides a vast knowledge of landfill operations and the inner-workings of large, regulatory agencies which allows Terra-Petra an exceptional knowledge of all the rules, regulations and requirements pertaining to Closure and Post Closure Landfill operations, monitoring and development restrictions.

Our staff is experienced in designing and providing construction oversight of landfill covers as well as in  the design and construction oversight of post-closure recreational operations, monitoring, condensate treatment, and mandatory reporting to regulatory agencies.
