Terra-Petra's Management Philosophy approach is simple: "Make every client's life easier." The City of Los Angeles has written a very complex Methane Code. We have found that most of our clients, as well as the members of the design and construction teams have no experience dealing with a property affected by this code--which ultimately seems to impact every aspect of the project. For this reason, we take the position of being a Methane Educator as well as Methane Problem Solver.
As a full service Methane Consulting Engineering Firm we are able to respond to our clients requests immediately, and be on-site working on projects within days of initial contact. Over the years, we have built a tremendous working relationship with the local agencies. These relationships help to expedite the process since these agencies know exactly how we operate and have absolute confidence in our capabilities--as we have demonstrated many times before. We have a tremendous repeat client database which further reassures us that our clients are very happy with our services. We always engineer and design with a client's best interest and needs in mind. Terra-Petra believes in fully understanding what the client's needs, goals, and objectives are prior to coming up with a "best fit" solution.
Terra-Petra is not only knowledgeable with industry practices, but we also work with a “Safety First” mindset. Due to the amount of time that we spend inspecting on construction sites, and the environmental matters that we deal in, all employees go through a 40 hour Hazwoper safety training curriculum. We believe in protecting our employees, as well as looking out for all other people that are on every construction site. We have a "zero-incident" record with respect to job site accidents--a record we are very proud of.
