Certain agencies such as the Los Angeles County Environmental Programs Division require a program for periodic monitoring of methane gas concentrations at all commercial structures, while other governing agencies require an interior "sweep" prior to issuing a Certificate of Occupancy. Terra-Petra is very familiar with the established programs for monitoring and reporting methane gas concentrations. Readings are taken at the site, evaluated by our Civil Engineer and reported to the governing agency as required.

We use state of the art calibration equipment calibrated specifically for methane gas monitoring. All of our equipment is calibrated per the manufacturer’s requirements to assure an accurate reading every time.
