Richard McClanahan graduated from ITT Tech in December 1999 and first began working for Terra-Petra in September 2002 as the lead CADD drafter. He has more than 10 years of experience as a computer aided drafter and designer in the methane gas mitigation field and specializes in methane gas mitigation, waterproofing and dewatering, and soil gas investigation. He has performed field inspections and worked with city and county plan checkers. Richard is trained in Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (Hazwoper), Cal OSHA Title 8 CCR 5192, and Federal OSHA 29 CFR 1910.102 and is is a Deputy Methane Barrier Inspector (DMBI) certified in the City of Los Angeles.
