Terra-Petra has extensive experience in waterproofing forensics. Identifying and correcting water intrusion problems is our specialty. From the roof of a building to the lowest level below grade, we have a very high success rate identifying and correcting water intrusion problems. By stopping moisture or water intrusion at the source, mold and mildew problems which may exist can be brought under control for the long term.

Our forensic capabilities have resolved water leaking into historic homes; a leaking roof which previous consultants could not correct; a veranda which was leaking water into the kitchen below - though the waterproofing membrane was perfectly installed; a flooded basement in-home theater; and a 25,000 square foot home with a flooded basement.
